Iryna is a CELTA certified English teacher, translator and interpreter from Ukraine. After the war began she fled to the UK with her daughter, having to leave their husband and dad behind.
Svitlo School became a great opportunity to not only keep herself busy and distracted from thoughts about home, but to do something really important, something that might change lives in future. Iryna believes that education is one of the most important things in any country and only well educated people can build a striving society and build Ukraine back better.
