Responsibilities at Svitlo:

• Reading Buddy
  I support younger students in improving their English through weekly practice sessions, providing guidance and encouragement in a friendly learning environment.
• Head of Older Buddies
  I lead a team of 35 buddies supporting new older students. I assign students to buddies, monitor reports, maintain communication and mentor 4–5 students each term.
• Head of Telegram Department, Communication & Cooperation
  I collaborate with Student Council members to promote Svitlo through Telegram channels. I distribute outreach tasks, supervise team members, and manage announcements and communication.
• Svitlo TikTok Content Creator
  I create engaging content for the Svitlo TikTok account, research trends, and film videos to increase visibility and engagement.
• GSL Team Member
  I participate in developing a community-focused project as part of the Global Social Leaders team.
• Communication Team Member
  I contact potential partners and maintain professional communication on behalf of the school. 

Future Plans:

In the near future, I would like to be accepted to study abroad and begin building my career there. I am truly passionate about working in the field of economics, but I will also keep looking for opportunities to challenge myself through volunteering.

Impact of Svitlo:

Svitlo School has become a crucial part of my life. Since September 2024, I have strengthened my communication skills, improved my English, made many new friends, and gained valuable experience by being a reading buddy for younger students. Svitlo has given me the opportunity to grow both personally and within our community by using unique tools. It taught me not to be afraid of public speaking, to be actively involved in community life, to work on my own projects that I truly want to bring to life, and to support others in reaching their goals - and these are only a few things Svitlo has given me. It has also shown me the importance of initiative and leadership in everyday situations. Most importantly, it inspired me to keep challenging myself and to appreciate every step of my learning journey.
