One sentence that describes Albina:
Why not try?
What Svitlo School means to Albina:
Svitlo is the first organization I joined independently. Here, I discovered that project-based learning can sometimes be even more effective than traditional schooling. It is a community of students who are actively involved in different organizations and volunteering.
It is also a place where I am trusted. For example, in the Reading Buddy program, I tried teaching even though I had no prior experience, and Svitlo provided support and, most importantly, the freedom to try. I have become much braver — I try new things and share my thoughts more openly.
As for English, I finally rely on it. My English is not perfect, but I am no longer afraid to use it.
Overall, Svitlo truly means a lot to me, although what I value most are the people.
