Svitlana had worked with business projects for 15 years ,but she always dreamed of working for a charity and to make the world a better place. With the birth of her son, she decided to change her field completely and work only with charitable initiatives.
She has experience in creating a social enterprise, writing grants, attracting funding and building long-term relationships with donors to support the growth of the organisation.
She has worked with children with disabilities and vulnerable communities in humanitarian contexts.
