Olena is a learning support specialist and psychologist. Her approach is always focused on the well-being and resilience of young people.
In working with children and adolescents, the most important thing for Olena is a sense of acceptance for who you are. She is attentive to the inner world of each person and believes that true growth is possible only where there is trust, security and respect for individuality.
Olena received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Kyiv National University and is currently studying for a master's degree in Neuropsychology, deepening her understanding of the relationship between the psyche and the brain. She began her professional career at the public organisation Teenergizer, where she worked as a peer consultant for adolescents, and also participated in psychological research within educational state projects.
In her practice, Olena combines empathy, creativity and practicality, striving to create a space where it is easy to be yourself. Outside of work and academic studies, she enjoys creativity, creating home comfort, listening to vinyl records, and appreciating moments of silence and live communication.
