Responsibilities: 

• Buddy: I help new students to adapt, explain how Svitlo operates, and answer any questions the students might have.
• Business Case Competition: I participated in a competition from Deloitte Digital and UCL, where my team created a rebranding strategy for an educational charity in Africa.
• Justice: I teach this class which combines many fascinating disciplines such as politics, philosophy and law. In addition, it is also a Debate club. I teach my students the strategies for successful debates and how to communicate their opinions successfully and clearly.
• German: I teach this class to the senior group Svitlo. During the lessons, we not only cover grammar and practice real spoken language, but also study the culture and history of German-speaking countries.
• Social Media Management: I take an active role in the management and creation of content for Svitlo’s social media platforms. I write blogs and articles for the Svitlo’s website, help writing 
• Mini-prefect for the lesson "PPE": My responsibilities include keeping a register and monitoring activity in the classroom.
• Event Organiser: I organise themed events at Svitlo School.
• Record-breaking Assembly: Participated in an online record-breaking assembly where I gave a speech.
• Svitlo Book: I wrote a short story for the Svitlo book.

Plans for the future:‍

I would like to be happy, no matter how trite it sounds, and to have peace in the whole world. As for specific plans: to enter the international law programme in Vienna, to travel a lot, to visit the USA, to learn Spanish and French, to become an ambassador for Ukraine and represent our country at the international level, to do many cool internships around the world. to continue to be actively involved in the life of Svitlo and help it develop and reach new heights.

Everything "impossible" is just a challenge: I go where it's scary, I'm not afraid to dream and I know that I have to act :)

What Svitlo School means to Ksenia:‍

Svitlo School is really a place of light, warmth and joy. Every lesson, lecture, event, meeting is a dose of inspiration and good mood. I am incredibly happy that in the summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to join this unreal community, which I now call family. It's not just a school - it's a second home, a family, a place where you grow, develop, and discover new horizons every day with like-minded people and your friends. Svitlo is my greatest discovery, and I really want to be useful in everything I can. I am open to new ideas, any help and work, because Svitlo really warms the soul and decorates the world.
