Lisa is a career guidance specialist, feminist and biology teacher working at the intersection of education, gender equality, and personal development. She studied at a rural school and graduated from a pedagogical university with a degree in Special Education.
She began her professional career at the BIG FISH ACADEMY children's educational camp, where she worked as a counselor, program director, and location director in Ukraine and fell in love with camps.
Lisa believes in the concept of life long learning and is deeply committed to inclusivity and accessible education for everyone. She combines a scientific mindset, modern pedagogy, and empathy to create a space of trust, inspiration, and growth.
Beyond her professional work, Lisa is passionate about theatre, basketball, dancing, photography, and video-making, and continuously develops herself, and she often turns her hobbies into an opportunity to share her experience with others, which is why she is a basketball coach in her free time.
