The Doomsday Glacier is melting faster than scientists predicted. It’s a stark reminder that climate change isn’t a distant issue; it’s reshaping economies, industries and careers of the future - right now.
In this online lecture, Kate Nikitina brings real-world experience from across sustainability, media and entrepreneurship, offering practical insight - not just theory.
This first lecture in our new Svitlo Graduates series is for young people aged 18–25 interested in a career that combines opportunity with real-world impact.

What does the term 'green jobs' really mean? (hint: it's not about activism)

What skills are employers looking for as industries adapt to climate change?

How is sustainability transforming business, technology, fashion and media?

Can sustainability-led careers be meaningful AND financially rewarding?
